No, labor charges are not included. The Harrington Brass Works Faucet Lifetime Limited Warranty covers only the replacement faucet or faucet parts.

The Harrington Brass Works Faucet Lifetime Limited Warranty is one of the most extensive in the industry. It covers manufacturer’s defects to the cartridges for single handle and two handle bathroom and kitchen faucets. In addition, the lifetime limited warranty covers the following faucet finishes: Polished Nickel (014), Satin Nickel (015), Polished Chrome (026) and our PermaBrass (030), provided you are the original purchaser. Labor charges and/or damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement are excluded. Also excluded are repair parts resulting from normal wear and tear.

This warranty applies to faucets for home use only. It excludes industrial, commercial and business use. Faucets used for these non-residential purposes are covered by a five-year limited warranty from date-of-purchase, with all other terms of the standard warranty applying.

It’s time to replace the O-Rings. Refer to the following model number:

  • 20-80-6446-000 (Prior to January 2003)
  • 20-80-6447-000 (After January 2003)

You’ll need to replace the cartridge inside the spout. The model number is:

  • 20-80-6445-000

This requires replacement of the hot or cold cartridge. Determine which is leaking by the temperature of the dripping water. The relevant model numbers are:

  • The cold = 20-80-1302-000
  • The Hot  = 20-80-1302-010
